The U.S. Secret Service awarded a contract to Nortex Modular Space for the construction of a 1,500 square foot office at President George Bush's ranch at Crawford, Texas. The building features a steel siding and roofing, treated wood decks and steps, handicap restrooms with shower, private offices and wall mount central HVAC. The project was designed, manufactured, delivered and setup in just 17 days from date of order in the spring of 2001, shortly after the federal election.
