The Associates modular office building is located in Irving, Texas and features a stucco exterior finish, single ply membrane roof, a mansard roof overhang on the full perimeter of the building, treated wood decks and ramp, concrete foundation, divided light entrance doors, and commercial grade finishes.

Nortex completed this project and a turnkey basis.
