The U.S. Army awarded a contract to Nortex Modular Space for the construction of a 4,700 square foot office a their New Equipment Fielding Facility on a turnkey basis. The building features a steel exterior siding and roofing (all site applied), gutters and downspouts, nine foot interior ceiling height, painted interior walls, concrete foundation, split system, zoned HVAC system, telephone and data wiring, concrete decks, steps and ramp, commercial glass entry doors, recessed entryways, handicap restrooms and commercial grade fixtures and finishes. The project was completed in 90 days in the summer of 2000.
