The U.S. Army CTC Training Facility awarded a contract to Nortex Modular Space for the construction of three 36' x 64' classroom buildings and a 12' x 44' mobile restroom building. The buildings featured a steel exterior siding and roofing, nine foot interior ceilings, fire-rated walls, steel exterior doors, central zoned wall mount HVAC, treated wood decks, steps and handicap ramps, and commercial grade finishes. The project was completed in 60 days.
