The classroom building (there are two buildings including a faculty office that is 5,000 square feet) is 10,000 square feet and features automatic bifold, commercial steel exterior doors, a ten foot interior hallway, and restrooms. All decks, ramps and steps are poured-in-place concrete with pipe handrails. Nortex is installing this project on a turn-key basis, including a pour-in-place concrete foundation and all utilities.
