University of Texas at Dallas 
On June 15, 2001, the University of Texas at Dallas awarded a contract to Nortex Modular Space for the lease of three modular classroom buildings; two buildings containing six classrooms and one building containing four large classrooms. The total size of the proect was 15,000 square foot and it was completed in time for the fall semester.
Under the terms of the contract, Nortex was responsible for the poured-in-place concrete footings and all the exterior decks and ramps to the buildings, including covered entranceways. Nortex also installed the exterior stucco finish on the classroom buildings, which was applied in place upon completion of the installation of the 18 unit complex and provided all chalkboards and fire extinguishers.
