The LeCroy Center of Dallas County Community Center awarded a contract to Nortex for the construction of a 28' x 60' Modular Office Building to be installed on a turnkey basis. The building features a single ply roof, guttering and downspouts, stucco siding, treated wood decks, ramp and walkway, commercial grade finishes and a nine foot interior ceiling height.
